Sergio Guzman

leads the helm, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the construction industry and real estate investment and development. Sergio has been a licensed Type B general contractor since July 2020, building single-family residential (SFR), multi-family housing, and commercial properties for both clients and the Crassus portfolio. His wide-ranging expertise, coupled with his vision, positions us to be a premier framing and drywall contractor.

Jorge V. Ortiz

Our project manager/estimator, a 27-year veteran in the framing and drywall space, brings invaluable knowledge and experience in managing personnel, operating equipment, and executing on-site operations. His expertise is instrumental in the successful, efficient delivery of our projects.

Javier Gonzalez

Our superintendent, a safety-certified expert and former General Superintendent, is an essential part of our team. His focus on safety and quality assurance, coupled with his industry experience, ensures every project adheres to the highest safety standards while delivering on quality.
